The 2024 Chevy Camaro is giving enthusiasts a lot to get excited about. As a Chevy dealer, we love seeing drivers discover the available 650 horsepower, beautiful Collector’s Edition, and modern technology. Read on for a closer look at a few of our favorite features of the 2024 Camaro.
1. The Three Powertrains
Chevrolet has designed three powerful engine options for the 2024 Camaro. The standard engine option generates 335 horsepower using a powerful V6 engine. From there, you can choose to upgrade to a 6.2-liter V8, which generates 455 horsepower.
Chevrolet’s third option generates up to 650 horsepower. It does this using a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine. In the Zl1 Coupe, when paired with the available 10-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, the Camaro goes from 0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds.
2. The Collector Edition
Camaro enthusiasts will want to consider the meaningful Collector Edition. This package option celebrates 2024 as the final year for the sixth-generation Camaro. When this package is added to the LT, LT1, or the SS trim, it adds a unique Panther Black Metallic Tintcoat with a black center stripe to the car.
Every trim that adds this package comes away with an exclusive exterior badge, as well as a steering wheel badge. There is also a unique logo on the floor mats and spoiler stripe. Additionally, vehicles with Black wheels will get black lug nuts. Vehicles with polished wheels will get a silver Camaro logo on the wheel center caps.
3. The Comfortable Driver’s Seat
Your front passenger will enjoy a standard six-way power seat for a comfortable ride. In the driver’s seat, you’ll always be able to get your settings just the way you want them in your eight-way power seat. Once you do, you can save the settings for your seat and outside mirrors using the available memory settings. These are available for up to two drivers.
4. The Exceptional Infotainment System
Chevrolet added a seven-inch color touchscreen complete with wireless Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay as standard. These integrations make it easy for you to connect your smartphone and use your familiar apps. You’ll also be able to wirelessly connect your phone using Bluetooth technology. Your Camaro’s system will allow you to connect up to two devices at once using Bluetooth, making it easy for everyone to stream their favorite audio.
There’s an available eight-inch HD color touchscreen. This upgrade also adds excellent in-vehicle apps and cloud-connected personalization.
5. The Rear Vision Camera
You’ll have a great view of what’s behind you with this feature. When you’re driving in reverse, your touchscreen will show you an image of the area behind your Camaro.
